Dynamic light scattering
Size matters when it comes to biological macromolecules. Therefore, the possibility to determine particle sizes in solution is of fundamental importance for avoiding the processing of samples which are already useless due to their poor quality. In situ or “in plate” Dynamic Light Scattering enables a highly time and sample efficient way to receive particle size information in a single run from multiple samples each in the sub µl range. No prior sample preparation is required. All of this is realized in the desk-top-sized device Spectrolight 600. Please have a closer look.
