Our standard imaging systems can be extended with our combined UV/white light source to enable the identification of protein crystals by excitation of tryptophan fluorescence. This allows automated detection of fluorescent crystals.
Combining Imaging Systems with Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) and Fluorescence Crystal Detection
Our standard imaging systems can be equipped with dynamic light scattering and extended with our combined UV/white light source. This allows automated particle size determination in almost all multi-well plates in sub-µl droplets as well as fluorescence identification of protein crystals.
