Crystal detection and identification of protein crystals by excitation of fluorescence

Almost any laboratory microscope can be extended with our combined UV/white light source to enable identification of protein crystals by excitation of the tryptophan fluorescence. This technique is also available for our imaging systems.

Combination of imaging systems with fluorescence crystal detection. Our standard imaging systems can be extended with our combined UV/white light source to enable identification of protein crystals by excitation of the tryptophan fluorescence. This allows automated fluorescence crystal detection.

Dynamic Light Scattering


Dynamic light scattering instrument for size determination of macromolecules.
Our instruments allow particle size determination in the submicroscopical range from below 1 nm to several µm. We offer instruments for measurements in cuvets and multiwell plates. Measurement heads for application in special laboratory and industrial environments are available as well. All kinds of biological macromolecules and other samples, like e.g. colour pigments, can be measured.
